Last week, GMI Construction completed the final concrete pour on the 7th-floor roof terrace at the landmark office redevelopment project in Leeds.
This marks a turning point in the construction of Fiera Real Estate and Opus North’s scheme as the curtain wall glazing can now be installed in preparation for PC in December this year.
When complete, the Grade A, 54,500 sq ft high-spec office will boast cutting-edge ‘smart’ building technology alongside market-leading sustainability and well-being features credentials. The transformation includes a striking new façade, complete replacement of the fifth and sixth floors, a state-of-the-art cycle spa as well as two new floors with a communal sky lounge and roof terraces.
Knight Frank and Fox Lloyd Jones are representing FRE UK and Opus North in seeking occupiers for this new development which occupies a prime position in the heart of Leeds.
