Opus, together with Bridges Fund Management, acquired c.40 acres of land adjacent to the A1M at Harrogate. Opus is on site with infrastructure works including roads and junctions, and planning has been achieved for the first 2 phases of development, totalling c 240,000 sq ft of industrial space. It is expected that construction of these first 2 phases will commence in 2024. Construction of the remaining phases including 300,000 sq ft+ of industrial space, and roadside retail / restaurant space will follow.
